Translation of "Labelled" in German

The CD isn't labelled. How's that possible?

Die CD ist nicht beschriftet. Wie kommt das?

Bernadotte was labelled a traitor by Napoleon’s  supporters – though not by Napoleon himself.

Bernadotte wurde von Napoleons Anhängern als Verräter bezeichnet - allerdings nicht von Napoleon selbst.
