These are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.

Estes são os decretos que promulgarás:

And I will pass through the land of Egypt that night, and will kill every firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast: and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments; I am the Lord.

É que nessa noite Eu, o Senhor, atravessarei o Egito de ponta a ponta, matando todos os primogênitos no país, tanto dos homens quanto dos animais, e infligindo castigos contra todos os deuses egípcios.

There he appointed him ordinances, and judgments, and there he proved him, saying: If thou wilt hear the voice of the Lord thy God, and do what is right before him, and obey his commandments, and keep all his precepts, none of the evils that I laid upon Egypt, will I bring upon thee: for I am the Lord thy healer.
